Financial analysis and structuring of investment projects **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Strategy, or related areas is desirable; * Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles, with comprehensive involvement in corporate management of companies; * Experience in industrial environments, engineering firms, technical service providers, or organizations with technical operations and complex projects; * Experience in professionalization processes of companies—including organizational structuring, process improvement, and implementation of management practices—is desirable; * Experience in integrated management of administrative areas, including finance, human resources, procurement, and general administrative routines; * Knowledge of financial management, including performance analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, performance indicators, and interpretation of balance sheets and income statements; * Experience in analyzing and structuring investment projects, developing scenarios, and supporting strategic decision-making; * Experience in implementing or upgrading management systems, such as ERP and/or managerial control tools; * Experience in managing and developing multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to build leadership capacity and promote departmental autonomy. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the company’s strategic decisions alongside shareholders, contributing to business growth planning and direction; * Translate strategic guidelines into execution plans, ensuring prioritization, monitoring, and delivery of the company’s strategic projects. * Lead and integrate the company’s administrative areas—including finance, human resources, and procurement—working cross-functionally with engineering and operations, commercial, and industrial departments. * Structure and strengthen administrative and financial processes, promoting greater organization, operational efficiency, and operational predictability; * Conduct financial analyses and develop business models to support strategic decisions, investments, and expansion; * Lead or support company projects, including implementation of management systems, process improvement, and internal structural organization; * Implement and monitor performance and results indicators to strengthen management and decision-making; * Support shareholders in coordinating and monitoring the company’s key strategic initiatives; * Contribute to team development and strengthening, encouraging autonomy, leadership development, and organizational structure evolution; * Act as a facilitator between the board of directors, administrative areas, and operational areas, promoting alignment among strategy, management, and execution. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
