Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop high-performance teams, strengthening both hard and soft skills. * Break down TOTVS’s strategic goals and ensure their delivery by the team; * Conduct new employee onboarding and implement motivation and engagement initiatives; analyze eligibility for salary actions and recognition programs (training and appreciation initiatives); * Manage the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), ensuring balance among team well-being, legal compliance, and operational financial health; * Promote TOTVS and Agile culture; * Participate in decision-making related to people management strategy; * Train and develop successors within your squads; * Manage teams working with Delphi, Java, .NET, and front-end (Angular), with strong emphasis on SQL.
