**[Tech] Senior DevOps Analyst** ==================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for promoting the DevOps culture by disseminating DevOps values, principles, and practices to drive operational excellence and maximize value delivery to business segments. Responsibilities and Duties * Support various software development teams by spreading DevOps culture, tools, and practices; * Support DevOps maturity through assessment applications; * Conduct training on agile and DevSecOps mindsets via workshops and videos; * Share standards and best practices with teams through documentation and dissemination; * Assist teams in using development platforms through technical support; * Research tools that aid daily sustainability of code, infrastructure, and organization through rigorous analysis of their impacts; * Uphold corporate-established standards by guiding teams on the importance of using them and implementing controls to identify process deviations; * Support DevOps processes using corporate tools and industry best practices; * Prepare technical presentations through critical analysis of the topics covered; * Support the use of corporate DevOps tools through technical controls and incident tracking; * Support tool migrations by participating in agendas for requirement gathering or activity execution; * Develop solutions by implementing software requirements using involved front-end and back-end technologies. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in technology or related fields; * CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab) — Intermediate level and management knowledge; * Cloud environment administration (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) — Basic level; * Version control tools (e.g., Git) — Basic level; * Containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) — Basic level; * Code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx) — Management knowledge; * Databases — Intermediate level; * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.
