Research and implement new technologies for automation and optimization **[Tech] PostgreSQL Database Specialist** ======================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Remote Job Description Support activities at N2 and N3 levels for PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL database environments. Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain and enhance database security, integrity, availability, and performance; * Manage backup policies and perform disaster recovery tests; * Evolve and monitor database systems to prevent failures and optimize performance; * Provide technical support, execute change management procedures, and resolve issues by addressing root causes; * Conduct detailed post-incident analyses to implement continuous improvements; * Research and implement new technologies and routines for database environment automation and optimization; * Lead complex environment migrations, ensuring full functionality and minimal downtime; * Mentor and transfer knowledge to team members; * Develop operational procedures based on best practices research and internal guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications * Advanced experience and expertise in PostgreSQL database administration; * Intermediate experience and expertise in Oracle database administration; * Intermediate experience and expertise in MySQL database administration; * Advanced experience and expertise in database administration on Linux operating systems; * Basic experience and knowledge of Kubernetes.
