We seek a Tech Lead to work on a strategic project in the cards, benefits, and incentives domain, directly impacting the experience of thousands of users. In this role, you will serve as a technical and advisory reference, bridging technology, product, and business—supporting strategic decisions and helping the team build scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions, always with a critical eye toward innovation, including the conscious and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence in software development. **Responsibilities** Act as the team’s technical leader, supporting architectural decisions and technological direction with a focus on business value. Bridge technical requirements and project objectives, translating business needs into viable, scalable, and secure solutions. Uphold engineering standards, quality, testing, and best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle. Provide technical mentoring, supporting team development and fostering responsible autonomy. Act consultatively with stakeholders, facilitating alignment, anticipating risks, and supporting decision-making. Monitor application evolution, considering metrics such as performance, stability, cost, and efficiency. Encourage adoption of modern practices, including AI usage for productivity gains, quality improvement, and automation. **Requirements for This Challenge** Proven experience serving as a Tech Lead or in other technical leadership roles within complex projects. Hands-on experience with Java in distributed architectures. Experience defining architecture and making technical decisions while considering both technical and business trade\-offs. Experience with mentoring, code reviews, and technical team development. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipelines (Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines). Experience with source control (Git / GitFlow). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence in software development (e.g., automation, productivity, support for technical decisions). **Nice-to-Haves** Experience with ReactJS Experience with cloud solutions (AWS). Experience with observability, scalability, and security practices. Work on large-scale or high-volume transactional projects.
