As CI\&T grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Mid Data Analyst to join our team and contribute on data\-driven solutions for our customers. **Responsibilities:** **Data Collection and Analysis** Develop and maintain data dashboards. **Data Modeling and Visualization** Generate clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and reports using Power BI. Validate dimensional data models aligned with business reporting needs. Perform data quality validation and reconciliation between source systems and warehouse. Build Power BI executive dashboards for finance and operations teams. Contribute on financial reporting for PE investors and board meetings. Create operational KPIs and business performance metrics. Work directly with finance and operations stakeholders to gather requirements. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. **Data Quality Assurance** Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors. **Collaboration** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data\-driven insights and recommendations. **Documentation** Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science). * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. * SQL for data validation and ad\-hoc analysis (required); Python optional. * Power BI (complex executive dashboards, DAX). * Experience with Azure SQL Database and data warehouse querying. * Understanding of dimensional data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables). * Experience with financial reporting and analysis (P\&L, operational KPIs, financial metrics). * Direct experience working with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders. * Experience building board\-level or PE investor dashboards. * Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills * Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing. * Advanced English. **Nice to Have:** Healthcare or medical device industry experience. Multi\-entity financial consolidation experience.
