We are looking for a person to work as a Mainframe Developer with solid mastery of COBOL, with desirable knowledge in Assembler and CICS. The candidate must have experience in critical accounting systems and high-performance applications, with the ability to evolve legacy applications, handle reconciliations, and ensure operational stability in high-volume environments. **Your Mission:** Work in a critical Mainframe environment, with more than 20 years of legacy, and strong dependence on COBOL, Assembler, CICS, and batch processing. Responsibilities include handling high-volume demands, sensitive business rules, and ensuring reconciliation, traceability, and operational stability. The professional will be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of critical applications, in addition to mastering accounting processes and generating operational reports. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain applications in COBOL, with desirable knowledge in Assembler, in legacy Mainframe environments. Work with CICS for online and batch processing, ensuring efficiency and stability. Use JCL, copybooks, memory areas, and file structures to optimize processes. Manage DB2 databases and execute SQL queries, using tools such as CHANGEMAN, TSO, and VSAM. Perform integrations between internal and external files, ensuring data integrity. Handle large volumes of data, focusing on performance, stability, and minimizing impacts in production. Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and provide support in regressions. Desirable experience with Hexavision to enhance data visualization and analysis. **Requirements:** Proven experience in Mainframe environments, with a focus on high-performance applications. Experience in accounting systems, including reconciliation and batch processing. History of working in legacy systems involving critical code and high operational sensitivity. Knowledge in the analysis and correction of business rules for batch and online flows. Ability to implement evolutions in systems without compromising stability or performance. **Desirable:** Knowledge in accounting processes and financial reconciliation. Experience in the generation and validation of monitoring reports. Understanding of business rules with a focus on operational cuts, alerts, and status validations. Familiarity with the integration of routines such as FLOG, FITA4, UORG, CCFC8170, and related PPRT flows.
