Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on modern applications with a focus on Python backend in a cloud environment (AWS). Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a Python backend focus to work on modern applications in a cloud environment (AWS). **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve Python backend applications using Django or FastAPI * Experience with Flask will also be considered as foundational. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: conception, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance. * Work in containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. * Contribute to AWS deployments using ECS and EKS. * Develop and maintain React frontend interfaces for ad-hoc requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review code, propose improvements, and ensure best practices. **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience in Python backend development. * Knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: Django or FastAPI (Flask will be considered as a differentiator/foundation). * Hands-on experience with Docker and container concepts. * Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools). * Practical experience with AWS, especially commonly used development components (e.g., ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.). * Frontend experience with React (even if not the primary focus). * Strong version control practices (Git), testing, and clean coding standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in highly scalable and distributed environments. * Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) in cloud applications. * Previous experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). \#LI\-DR3 MidSenior **Our Benefits:*** Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowances; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health & wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting courses; * Partnerships with online course platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion begins at first contact.
