This role is part of the leadership team for the Customer Journey (policyholders and beneficiaries) Value Stream, with the mission to design solutions, make technical decisions, and guide squads to ensure the technical quality of applications. **\_ What will your day\-to\-day look like?** You will join a structure responsible for the applications customers use during their journeys. You will partner with other client technical leaders, acting as an interface between business, architecture, and CI\&T Squads.
