Active participation in Agile ceremonies **[Data] Junior Data Engineering Analyst - Affirmative Action for People with Disabilities** ============================================================================================== TOTVS | Goiânia - GO | Hybrid Job Description Support product development squads on matters related to data modeling and DevOps environments, assisting in maintaining test environments and deploying product releases within the area of operation. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in data administration routines and low-complexity environment routines, as instructed, by executing relevant processes and tools; * Support customer service through TOTVS channels (tickets and issues), clarifying low-complexity questions with guidance, and recording suggestions and incidents; * Support triaging tickets opened by internal customers by classifying or categorizing them when necessary, based on ticket type or support status; * Support routine monitoring of environments and continuous integration; * Support updating team documentation on TDN regarding changes in environment routines, data dictionary, or release deployment; * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives); * Contribute both to achieving individual performance indicators (productivity, satisfaction surveys, etc.) and to the team’s goals and results. Requirements and Qualifications * Operating systems (Windows, Linux); * Databases – basic level preferred; * Agile methodology – basic level preferred; * Programming logic – basic level preferred.
