Job Summary: Technical Leader – Python to lead projects, define architectures, mentor teams, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring high-quality deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Performance optimization of data ingestion pipelines **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a major Technology company, is seeking a Technical Leader – Python for remote work.** Responsibilities: Lead Python development projects technically. Define software architectures and ensure code quality. Guide and mentor the development team. Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. Collaborate with the product team on defining technical requirements. Ensure project delivery within schedule and budget. Optimize performance of data ingestion pipelines, including performance analysis, profiling, and scalability. Support version control, CI/CD, containerization, and related infrastructure management. Requirements: Solid Python development experience. Knowledge of Django or Flask. Proficiency with tools and libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, and Jupyter. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra. Knowledge of Big Data: Spark and Hadoop. Experience with visualization: Matplotlib and Seaborn. Knowledge of version control (GIT/TFVC) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation. Bachelor's degree completed in Technology field. Practical experience with agile methodologies. Skills: Technical leadership and team mentoring.
