Job Summary: Technical Leader – Python to lead projects, define architectures, guide teams, and ensure development quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Python development projects technically. 2. Guide and mentor the development team. 3. Optimize the performance of data ingestion pipelines. **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a major Technology company, is seeking a Technical Leader – Python for remote work.** Responsibilities: Lead Python development projects technically. Define software architectures and ensure code quality. Guide and mentor the development team. Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices. Collaborate with the product team in defining technical requirements. Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. Optimize data ingestion pipeline performance, including performance analysis, profiling, and scalability. Support version control, CI/CD, containerization, and related infrastructure management. Requirements: Solid Python development experience. Knowledge of Django or Flask. Proficiency in tools and libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Jupyter. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra. Knowledge of Big Data technologies: Spark and Hadoop. Experience with visualization: Matplotlib and Seaborn. Familiarity with version control (GIT/TFVC) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation. Bachelor's degree completed in Technology. Practical experience with Agile methodologies. Skills: Technical leadership and team mentoring. Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to make technical decisions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
