If you are passionate about clean software architecture, performance, information security, and want to make a real impact on the financial lives of thousands of people, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * **Design and Architecture:** Design and implement robust, secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and architectures using Python and Django/Django Rest Framework (DRF). * **Technical Leadership:** Serve as a technical reference for the team, promoting sound development practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns) and conducting rigorous code reviews. * **Security and Compliance:** Ensure solutions comply with security standards. * **Integrations:** Develop and maintain complex integrations with payment gateways, external APIs, and other partners. * **Optimization:** Identify performance bottlenecks in the Django ORM and database queries, applying caching techniques, indexing, and query optimization. * **Software Quality:** Ensure high test coverage (unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests) and actively participate in designing the CI/CD strategy. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with Product Owners, Managers, and Security/Compliance Analysts to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed **Bachelor's degree** * Proven **Python** software development experience * **Django expertise:** Deep professional experience with the **Django** ecosystem and **Django Rest Framework (DRF)** * **Databases:** Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and expertise in query/Django ORM optimization * **Design System:** Experience with microservices architecture, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing (e.g., Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) * **Automated Testing:** Established practice with automated testing (Pytest, Unittest) and related culture * **DevOps & Cloud:** Experience with Docker and hands-on work in AWS cloud environments * **Version Control:** Proficiency in Git and agile workflows **Nice-to-have:** * **Non\-Relational Databases:** Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and non-relational databases * **AWS Certification:** AWS experience, preferably holding at least one certification such as Cloud Practitioner or Cloud Practitioner Associate * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu * **Observability:** Experience with monitoring and APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) **Our Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vaccination campaign * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Gympass / Wellhub * Sesc partnership * Childcare / Babysitting allowance * Bonus
