The Sales Associate is responsible for in-store customer service, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role also includes store organization, product presentation, and meeting individual and store-level sales goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in a courteous and consultative manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable sneakers. * Demonstrate products, explaining features, benefits, and unique selling points. * Process sales and register orders in the system or at the cash register. * Organize and restock products on shelves and display cases. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. * Monitor individual and store-level sales targets. * Assist with inventory control and goods receiving. * Support promotional activities and store campaigns.
