This role requires special attention, agility, and care in relationship management, as interactions are close-knit and personalized. The professional will be responsible for maintaining direct contact with consultants, sending photos of new arrivals, assisting in selecting items, and ensuring prompt and welcoming service. Responsibilities: - Customer service via WhatsApp and digital channels; - Sending photos and information about new products; - Organizing and sorting new arrivals; - Supporting consultants during order placement; Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Proficiency with computers - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Friendly and proactive personality Preferred Qualification: - Experience in customer service or sales.
