You will be a key player in the patient’s journey toward a healthier, more beautiful smile. Your role will be to establish a welcoming bridge between the patient and the various dental treatments we offer. **Responsibilities:** \- Greet patients with empathy and courtesy, creating a welcoming environment from the first contact. \- Provide clear and accurate information about the treatments offered by the clinic. \- Efficiently schedule appointments and procedures, considering patients’ needs and preferences. \- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and an exceptional patient experience. \- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of patient interactions. **Requirements:** \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Proactivity and initiative to effectively resolve challenges. \- Organization and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. \- Prior customer service or similar experience is considered an advantage. **What We Offer:** A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
