Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * OPENING OF PATIENT REGISTRATION FORMS \- Registering employees, adding scheduled examinations to each registration, issuing attendance or hours certificates, forwarding registration forms to examination rooms, greeting and guiding patients, and monitoring the waiting area. * TELEPHONE SUPPORT \- Handling requests via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. * PRE\-BILLING FOR ACCREDITED PROVIDERS \- Updating billing spreadsheets, verifying invoices and service reports, preparing billing submission protocols, and coordinating with postal services for billing submissions. * PRE\-VERIFICATION OF PARTNER PROVIDERS’ BILLING \- Verifying services provided by partner companies (e.g., laboratories, medical reports, imaging exams) to our employees. * ORGANIZING SERVICE AREAS \- Organizing medical examination rooms, counting queue numbers, and arranging desks and service areas. * RELEASE OF CUSTOMER ASO’S \- Responsible for auditing, scanning, archiving, and forwarding ASO’s upon release. * UPLOADING AND SUBMITTING ACCREDITED PROVIDERS’ ASO’S \- Releasing ASO’s (verifying examination results ready for submission), uploading ASO’s for services without biometric verification. * SCHEDULING OCCUPATIONAL EXAMINATIONS \- Scheduling employees in the SOC system, sending appointment confirmations and preparation instructions for scheduled exams, issuing accredited companies’ service kits, and charging for individually scheduled examinations. * CASH MANAGEMENT \- Daily cash closing and reconciliation (cash inflows and outflows related to individually scheduled examinations), delivering cash payments to the finance department at the end of each day, and updating the cash control spreadsheet. * ACCESS CONTROL TO ITAMEDI \- Granting entry through the intercom system, receiving mail and deliveries. * RELEASE OF EXTERNAL EXAMINATIONS \- Releasing and guiding employees who need to undergo examinations at partner clinics. * MANAGING PEDESTRIAN FLOW \- Monitoring pedestrian traffic at ITAMEDI during peak daily demand periods. **Benefits:** * Transportation Voucher * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Care Plan * TotalPass * Profit Sharing and Results Program * Discount on Assistance Examinations * SESC Membership Card * Onboard Baby Kit * Birthday Gift * Holiday Extension Rest Days (paid, alternated) * Attendance Award Itamedi is a company specialized in occupational health and occupational safety engineering, serving diverse clients—from individual micro-entrepreneurs to multinational corporations.
