Job Summary:
Professional responsible for strategic procurement of parts and supplies for tractors and heavy-duty vehicles, with emphasis on quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness, including supplier negotiation and supply chain management.

**Responsibilities:**
* Execute procurement processes for parts, components, and supplies for tractors and heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and optimal cost\-effectiveness;
* Conduct quotations, commercial comparisons, and negotiations for domestic and imported parts, securing the best commercial terms for the company;
* Perform ABC curve analysis of products to identify high-impact items and define procurement and negotiation priorities;
* Develop weekly and monthly procurement plans based on sales demand, inventory turnover, seasonality, and operational requirements;
* Evaluate performance, quality, and competitiveness of marketed brands, identifying opportunities to improve the product mix;
* Prospect new suppliers and market opportunities, assessing partner quality, price, availability, and reliability;
* Develop partnerships with freight carriers to achieve better delivery timelines, freight costs, and delivery efficiency;
* Conduct cost analysis and product pricing, contributing to the definition of strategic margins and increased business profitability;
* Ensure organization and up-to-date registration of vendor records, price lists, contracts, and commercial terms in the system;
* Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance departments to align operations and ensure efficient supply;
* Monitor purchasing department performance indicators and propose corrective actions and continuous improvements;
* Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the position and company needs.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred);
* Solid experience in strategic procurement, negotiation, and supplier prospecting;
* Experience in procurement planning and ABC curve analysis;
* Knowledge of cost analysis, pricing formation, and key performance indicators;
* Proficiency in Excel;
* Experience in the automotive parts industry and/or heavy-duty vehicle segment is a plus.
