




Job Summary: Professional to support the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns, metrics analysis, and performance reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of A/B tests and budget allocation Responsibilities: \- Support the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads). \- Conduct daily performance monitoring of campaigns. \- Support analysis of metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions. \- Assist in building performance reports. \- Execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, ad copy). \- Support campaign budget organization and control. \- Interface with internal teams to align requirements and campaigns. Requirements: Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Understanding of campaign structure (funnel, targeting, objectives). Basic knowledge of Google Analytics. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (a plus). Familiarity with media metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR). Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Desirable: Prior experience (including internships) with paid media. Knowledge of other platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads). Understanding of ad copywriting. Analytical and organized profile.
