Requirements: * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in the final semester, with no more than two years since graduation—graduation period between December/2024 and June/2027; * **Eligible fields of study:** Undergraduate degrees in Administration, Engineering, or Economics; * **Location:** Willingness to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo; * **Working hours:** Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule.
