Responsibilities: * Operate the thermal press according to company procedures to apply prints, transfers, and other finishes on fabrics and garments. * Ensure final product quality by verifying correct print application and absence of defects. * Control machine temperature and time according to specifications for each material. * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the thermal press. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Follow safety regulations and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Requirements: * No prior experience required. * Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. * Ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and responsibility.
