Job Summary: Support the Operations team in reviewing and updating registration data, ensuring information availability for customer service and health insurance management. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate Excel This position is responsible for supporting the Operations team in reviewing registration data, including additions, deletions, and blocking of procedures and plans, thereby ensuring all data is available for immediate customer service consultation; adding/removing health insurance providers; and blocking health insurance providers due to non-payment, as notified by the Finance department (to prevent service provision). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for supporting the Operations team in reviewing and updating registration data, performing additions, deletions, and blocking of procedures, plans, and health insurance providers, ensuring information availability for consultation and customer service.
