WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT? * Assist in fleet administration and performance monitoring, analyzing revenue against kilometers driven and operational costs, calculating driver bonuses, and ensuring data quality and reliability. * Reconcile additional transportation expenses and submit reports to management. * Follow up with drivers to ensure timely submission of fully completed forms containing all required information. * Calculate fleet revenue, verifying that the waybill number and amount displayed in the system match the driver’s spreadsheet. * Submit data for third-party or affiliated drivers to the insurance company for registration, releasing them for loading only after their insurance status has been regularized. * Record operational non-conformities in the system. * Analyze and manage operational incidents. * Issue RPS (Revenue Payment Receipts) to release cargo volumes once related incidents have been resolved. * Support and guide drivers in resolving operational non-conformities. * Prepare indemnity claims, attaching required documentation to the system and completing the release receipt. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
