Employment type: CLT. \*What We Are Looking For:\* * Education: Bachelor's degree in IT (completed); * Minimum 2 (two) years of experience installing, administering, and maintaining Linux Server environments, preferably Debian and Ubuntu Server. * Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in VMware virtualized environments. * LPI Level 1 or higher certification. \*Core Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks):\* * Provide second-level technical support (remote and on-site) covering hardware, software, network, and corporate systems. * Install, configure, format, and maintain equipment and peripherals (computers, printers, scanners, switches, access points, biometric readers, etc.). * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance, including cleaning and minor bench repairs. * Assist with cabling organization, connections, and local area network (LAN) infrastructure (excluding structured cabling interventions). * Install and manage software, licenses, and standard desktop and notebook images. * Support IT asset control and inventory management. * Provide videoconference support and specialized assistance to VIP users and high-complexity requests. * Engage vendors when necessary and monitor escalated tickets. * Prepare technical records, reports, and user support manuals. \*Required Specific Knowledge, Training, and Certifications:\* * In-depth understanding of POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and LDAP protocols for user authentication, email sending/receiving, proxy services, agent-based inventory tools, and SNMP-based network asset monitoring. * Familiarity with Kubernetes environments and container orchestration tools. * Linux server operating system certification (LPI Level 1 or higher). * ITIL v3 Foundation certification or higher. \*What We Offer:\* Salary: R$ 3\.733,83 Meal allowance: R$32.67 per working day; Transportation voucher; SESC membership; GoGood; Life insurance; Health plan.
