As a **Systems Architect**, you will develop Java/Springboot applications in secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. You will collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to perform technical governance and implement new features, design and integrate APIs, and apply software best practices—ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with team and client expectations. You will actively manage, adapt, and maintain an agentic development pipeline, demonstrating flexibility toward possible client constraints and market volatility. Your expertise must drive technical decision-making and elevate team standards, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Technically lead project teams. * Lead the management and optimization of an agentic development pipeline using SDD across the end-to-end Upstream-to-Downstream process. * Serve as the technical reference for Java/Springboot development. * Make day-to-day technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions. * Integrate with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. * Integrate with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (EKS). * Support the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable releases. * Ensure full observability (logs, metrics, alerts). * Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team. Technologies and Environment: **Cloud:** AWS (primary), Azure (occasional) **Platform:** EKS, API Management, ECS, Lambdas, Storage, Queues **Data:** PostgreSQL, Oracle **Integrations \& Security:** APIs, EntraID, ForgeRock **DevOps:** CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code **Observability:** Dynatrace **AI:** Claude Code, BMAD Method, SDD **Languages/Frameworks:** Java / Springboot, React/NextJS Requirements and Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in technical leadership and architecture within development teams. * Solid experience as a Java developer with Springboot. * Strong knowledge of SDD-based development. * Strong knowledge of AI-driven development. * High degree of technical autonomy. * Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical reference. * Ability to make technical decisions and raise the team’s technical bar. * Strong communication skills. * Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational reliability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with web systems. * Experience in corporate and governed environments. * Experience with API-first and microservices architectures. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence–powered solutions. * Experience communicating with clients’ technical leadership.
