For more information, visit: www.saopietro.com.br **Position:** ---------- We seek an early-career professional interested in developing technical and operational expertise within a corporate/hospital environment, with a focus on Service Desk, end-user support, and continuous learning. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Providing user support via phone, ticketing system, remote access, and in-person assistance; * Assisting in resolving issues related to systems, computers, printers, and other IT resources; * Performing Level 1 technical support (Service Desk); * Creating, unlocking, and resetting user passwords via Active Directory (AD) and internal systems; * Installing and configuring corporate software; * Performing basic configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; * Logging, classifying, categorizing, and updating IT tickets; * Reclassifying and escalating tickets to specialized teams; * Supporting incident and service request management; * Conducting initial troubleshooting for technical issues; * Assisting in documenting technical procedures and applied solutions; * Managing and organizing IT equipment and supplies; * Supporting vendor reception and monitoring technical activities; * Assisting in IT asset inventory; * Supporting administrative routines within the Information Technology department; * Adhering to internal procedures, information security policies, and best practices in user support. **Requirements:** --------------- * Currently enrolled in a Technical Course in Information Technology, Networking, or related fields—or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT (Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or similar); * Basic knowledge of computer science and IT support; * Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, responsible, and eager to learn. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Active Directory; * Familiarity with Service Desk routines; * Experience with remote access tools; * Prior experience providing user support; * Basic knowledge of printers and IT infrastructure. **Additional Information:** ----------------------- **Stipend:** R$ 1\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance. ️ Breakfast and afternoon snack available in our cafeteria; Unimed Health Plan and Porto Seguro Dental Plan (effective after probationary period); Discounts at Partner Universities (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Technical, and Short Courses); Wellhub: Well-being and quality of life—including access to gyms and physical activities; Educa São Pietro Corporate Learning Platform: over 100 courses for your personal and professional development; Day Off: One additional day off to recharge; Collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth within the institution. **Work Location:** Hospital Banco de Olhos, Porto Alegre. **Working Hours:** To be determined.
