Infrastructure Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the company's technology infrastructure—including servers, networks, operating systems, cloud environments, and corporate application support. This role is strategic in sustaining operations and driving technological evolution, proactively identifying failures, continuously improving IT services, and supporting technical and business teams—with a focus on stability, security, and efficiency. **Apply below!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Server and environment administration * Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux). * Monitor performance, resource utilization, and apply security patches. * Manage backup, restore, and contingency procedures. * Network and connectivity management * Administer LAN/WAN network infrastructure, switches, routers, and firewalls. * Ensure availability of links, VPNs, and secure connections between sites and cloud environments. * Cloud environments * Manage environments on AWS, OCI, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure. * Implement automation, security policies, and cost controls in cloud environments. * Information security * Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and corporate antivirus solutions. * Monitor vulnerabilities and support audits and compliance (e.g., LGPD, ISO 27001). * Support and incident management * Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure incidents. * Support the Service Desk and document solutions in the knowledge base. * Asset and licensing management * Maintain up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and licenses. * Plan capacity and propose preventive procurement. * Projects and improvements * Participate in technology upgrade projects, migrations, and automation initiatives. * Suggest and implement continuous improvements in performance, cost, and security. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have** * Solid experience administering Windows and Linux servers. * Practical knowledge of networking and security. * Experience with virtualization, including creation and maintenance of virtual machines. * Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex incidents. * Ability to produce clear and up-to-date technical documentation. * Analytical, collaborative mindset with strong sense of priority and accountability. * Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or similar. * Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting. * Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or equivalents. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. * Hands-on experience with backup and restore routines using Veeam, Acronis, or similar tools. * Familiarity with automation scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or basic Python. * Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools—Terraform, Ansible, etc. * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of observability and logging (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch). **It will be a plus if you have** * Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MCSA, or equivalents. * AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification. * CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications. * Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000. * Prior experience in hybrid environments combining on-premises and cloud infrastructure. * Participation in data center modernization or cloud migration projects. **Additionally, we consider the following competencies important** **We seek a proactive, analytically minded individual with strong communication skills—capable of autonomously sustaining infrastructure while contributing to continuous improvement and technological advancement.** * Proactivity and ownership mindset when solving problems. * Clear communication with both technical and business teams. * Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver autonomously. * Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT + Benefits **Work Format:** Remote Benefits: * Fully covered health insurance for the employee; * Monthly remote work allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years and 11 months old; * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Birthday day off; * Extended paternity leave (14 days); * Ongoing training for professional development; * Pluxe-Cuida Program: psychological, financial, and legal support; * SESC membership for leisure, culture, and well-being. #### **At Werecruiter, we believe organizational culture is the key to any company’s success.** #### **We are committed to building an environment where innovation, respect, and personal growth form the foundation of our interactions.** #### **We value diversity and inclusion, ensuring all our partners, employees, and clients feel welcomed and empowered to reach their full potential.
