Requirements: About the Position We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst focused on Change Management, responsible for ensuring governance, control, and efficiency throughout the IT change lifecycle. This professional will play a strategic role in risk reduction, continuous process improvement, and alignment between technical and business areas. If you are organized, analytical, and capable of bridging technical teams and executives, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire change lifecycle (request, assessment, approval, implementation, and review) Ensure compliance with ITIL/COBIT policies and regulatory standards Assess risks and impacts of changes in IT environments Communicate clearly with stakeholders (IT, business, and vendors) Manage change records, metrics, and KPIs Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIR) and promote lessons learned Handle incidents related to changes Manage and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring data-driven decisions ️ Technical Requirements ✅ Essential ITIL® Foundation Certification (v4 or higher) Solid experience with Change Management processes Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Knowledge of IT infrastructure: Servers Networks Cloud Databases Experience in risk analysis Ability to generate metrics, dashboards, and executive reports * Preferred Qualifications CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial sector) Experience with audits and compliance**Hybrid Model \- 3 days onsite at Faria Lima \- SP** Benefits So, does this resonate with you?
