If you enjoy dynamic environments, know how to communicate clearly and assertively, and are willing to help our team reach new heights, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Plan the delivery of training sessions, either in-person or online; * Plan training schedules; * Support, when necessary, HR department processes; * Monitor the progress of activities related to the Social Responsibility Program across departments and the community; * Track departmental KPIs and suggest strategies to achieve proposed goals; * Deliver onboarding/orientation training both in-person and online; * Provide support during audits relevant to the department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Communication, Human Resources, or other fields within Humanities and Social Sciences. * Certifications or courses in People Management, Organizational Development, Coaching, or Change Management are desirable. **Work Schedule:** * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** * Monthly remuneration: R$ 2\.448,71 * Meal/Ticket Allowance (Single Card): R$ 41.50 per working day **Benefits Package:** * Unimed health and dental insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Birthday bonus; * SESC membership; * Daycare allowance and support for children with special needs; * Benefits Club — partnerships offering discounts at universities, driving schools, gyms, spas, and more. * Opportunity for growth after 6 months.
