Stock Clerk/Inspector

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and picking goods; conducting inventories; maintaining an organized stock; and supporting sales and workshop teams. Key Highlights: 1. Support to sales and workshop teams Main Responsibilities * Receive goods from suppliers and freight carriers; * Inspect tires, accessories, and other products against invoices and purchase orders; * Store products correctly in inventory, adhering to organization, safety, and identification requirements; * Pick tires and products for sales, deliveries, and workshop services; * Assist in loading and unloading goods; * Conduct periodic inventories and stock counts; * Identify stock discrepancies and report them to the responsible manager; * Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled stock area; * Monitor tire expiration dates, damages, and storage conditions; * Support sales and workshop teams in quickly locating products; * Issue simple stock movement reports when required; * Maintain equipment and tools used in the department; * Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures; * Daily verification of system stock movements; * Support inter-store/branch transfer control; * Picking goods for customers and delivery personnel.
