**Door-to-Door Program – Vitória/ES** The Door-to-Door Program in Vitória/ES currently has openings for professionals who wish to work in accessible transportation, directly contributing to the mobility and inclusion of people with disabilities and reduced mobility. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide door-to-door transportation for registered program users; * Deliver human-centered service, with respect, courtesy, and responsibility; * Assist users with boarding and alighting when necessary; * Ensure passenger safety throughout the entire journey; * Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and program regulations; * Maintain the vehicle in good condition and follow operational guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Class D driver's license (CNH D); * Experience in customer service is a plus; * Patience, empathy, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work the established 6x1 schedule from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. **We offer:** * Salary: R$2\.230,00 \+ overtime pay * Benefits according to company policy; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to participate in a program with significant social impact. **Work location:** Vitória – ES *Join a program that promotes accessibility, dignity, and inclusion every day.* Job type: Full-time CLT employment Pay: R$1\.815,76 \- R$2\.971,87 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Licenses/Certifications: * Passenger transportation course (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
