Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Data Engineering Leadership Professional, you will:** * Support coordination of Reality Capture activities at plants, including laser scanning, photogrammetry, and related tasks. * Participate in recurring project meetings with plant stakeholders to track progress, align priorities, and share lessons learned. * Support implementation activities, including asset identification (asset tagging), data mapping, and integration workflows. * Conduct periodic quality reviews of Digital Twin environments to ensure data organization, integration integrity, and overall platform performance. * Deliver training to end users through scheduled sessions, office hours, and on-demand support. * Collaborate with project managers and local sponsors (site champions) to identify, develop, and scale Digital Twin use cases. * Serve as the primary point of contact between plant teams and specialized technical teams responsible for Reality Capture, 3D modeling, data integration, and platform administration. * Facilitate communication between project teams and plant stakeholders, ensuring agile issue resolution, feedback collection, and continuous improvement. * Assist in tracking project progress, pending actions, and implementation activities across multiple plants. **For this position, you must have:** * Advanced / fluent English for conversation. * Experience leading projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both engineers and technicians. * Fluent English (conversation, reading, and writing). * Experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably in operational plants or similar industrial environments. * Solid computer literacy, ease in learning new software tools, and a proactive, self-directed profile. * Experience in Change Management will be considered a plus—especially in digital transformation projects. * Hands-on experience or knowledge of 3D software, laser scanning, 3D modeling, or digitalization and digital enablement tools is highly desirable. **Benefits:** * National Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, private room included) * National Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible Meal / Food Allowance * Remote Work Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days) * Daycare Assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support via Wellz * Benefits Club offering discounts with various partners * Educational institution and language course partnerships * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radixer follow-up * Incentive Plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
