**Job Description:** Ensure data collection by analyzing processes, workflows, and procedures together with users—both for new projects and for updates—identifying and defining solutions while considering criticality, cost and benefit, and impact analysis on the business as a whole; Extract, as required, data from available systems to develop new dashboards aimed at process improvement, cost reduction, and/or revenue growth. Participate in technical training sessions and apply tool usage according to the methodology specified for daily activities. Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external customers in accordance with institutional procedures, in order to safeguard the institution’s image and customer satisfaction. Comply with procedures, policies, programs, standards, rules, institutional procedures, Functional Code, Integrity Code, as well as legislation relevant to the role. Maintain institutional assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. **Requirements:** Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields.
