Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all areas of the restaurant, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff. Provides support to other departments as needed. **Main responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain internal and external restaurant areas (dining room, kitchen, restrooms, storage, etc.); * Wash kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and equipment; * Collect and properly dispose of garbage; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies; * Assist kitchen or dining room staff with simple daily tasks; * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Commitment, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends.
