Job Summary: Tegra Incorporadora is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to assist in preparing budgets for new real estate developments, construction commencement, and ID (Interior Design). Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in preparing budgets for high-end developments. 2. Guaranteeing adherence to departmental deadlines and targets. 3. Responsibility for quality controls and processes. Tegra Incorporadora currently has an opening for a Senior Budget Analyst, responsible for assisting in budget preparation for development launches, construction commencement, and ID. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing launch budgets for developments and budgets for construction commencement and ID (including Kit and customization budgets for high-end developments); * Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and achievement of departmental targets; * Maintain and verify that all departmental data control spreadsheets are up to date; * Ensure that departmental quality management systems and governance processes remain current and compliant. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in the real estate sector; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; * Power BI is desirable. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** Benefits: * Medical Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Allowance; * Gympass; * Annual Bonus.
