




Job Summary: Assist in disassembly, assembly, and repair of vehicle body parts, performing sanding, cleaning, and workplace organization, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Commitment to safety and quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in disassembling and assembling vehicle body parts. * Support bodywork repairs, such as dent removal, alignment, and adjustment of damaged components. * Assist in surface preparation for painting (sanding, cleaning, and application of filler). * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace and tools used. * Assist in replacing damaged body parts, such as panels, bumpers, and brackets. * Support removal and installation of external vehicle accessories and components. * Follow instructions from the lead auto body technician during service execution. * Comply with company safety, quality, and organization standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Incomplete elementary education; * Prior experience or basic knowledge in auto body repair or truck/bus bodywork is desirable. * Knowledge of truck/bus bodywork and ability to work in a team. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork * Organization * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Commitment to safety and quality **BENEFITS:** Food basket, Meal Ticket, Medical and dental plans, pharmacy benefits, free public transportation, and Tangará Club membership agreement.
