Join our team.** As a **Legal Assistant**, you will be part of our **legal team** and responsible for providing support in area-related processes. **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** * Supporting the management of judicial and administrative proceedings related to consortiums; * Monitoring procedural deadlines and updating legal systems; * Liaising with third-party law firms, insurance companies, and managing external litigation; * Organizing documents and managing legal files; * Supporting internal departments (regarding legal matters); * Managing judicial and extrajudicial settlements, including payment verification and fulfillment of obligations. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this position, the following are required:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Law degree program; * Prior experience in the legal field, preferably in civil litigation; * Knowledge of Consumer Law and/or consortium legislation; * Familiarity with procedural systems (PJe, e\-SAJ, Projudi, Newcon, Projuris, among others); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. **Preferred qualifications**: * Experience at a consortium administration company or financial institution; * Experience handling high-volume litigation; * Knowledge of negotiation and settlement agreements. **Additional information** **Location:** São Paulo, Vila Olímpia.
