**Position: Financial Assistant**
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable;
* Perform financial entries and reconciliations;
* Monitor patient payments;
* Execute the collection schedule, contacting patients ethically and courteously;
* Finalize contracts and verify related documents;
* Organize and archive financial documents;
* Support report generation and financial flow control;
* Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure data accuracy.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields is preferred);
* Basic knowledge of financial routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and commitment;
* Ability to handle processes and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in the finance field;
* Experience working in clinics or health-related companies.

Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month
