**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift 6x1 \- 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Bring that talent to the store and keep it always ready for customers in the apparel and accessories area. Be agile and dynamic when working across different store departments. Ensure excellent customer service, delivering a positive and personalized experience. Organize and manage inventory, ensuring products are available and well-presented. Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and contribute to a harmonious work environment. **Requirements:** Mandatory requirements: Completed high school education. Good communication skills. Willingness to learn and desire for growth. Organizational skills and spatial awareness to keep the store always impeccable. Desirable requirements (advantage): Previous experience in customer service or in sporting goods stores. Basic knowledge of inventory control. Passion for sports and alignment with the segment. Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments. ATTENTION! Prior customer service experience may be an advantage but is not mandatory.
