**ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:** The Medical Credentialing Department is responsible for managing the healthcare provider network, handling contracting processes, registration updates, fee adjustments, and provider relationship management, ensuring organizational integrity and operational continuity of the accredited network. **JOB MISSION:** The Credentialing Assistant supports the department’s operational and administrative routines, participating in provider contracting, maintenance, and relationship management activities. Responsibilities include tracking requests, organizing documentation, and supporting departmental tasks to ensure timely execution and smooth process flow. We seek an organized, proactive professional capable of working autonomously in daily routines. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support provider contracting, maintenance, and de-credentialing processes; * Prepare, review, and monitor registrations, contracts, amendments, and fee adjustment terms; * Maintain control over validity periods, pending items, deadlines, and documents related to the accredited network; * Perform administrative follow-up on low-complexity providers; * Support the Coordination team and Credentialing Analysts in operational requests and administrative matters; * Interface with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, Audit, Registration, and Medical Billing; * Assist in preparing and updating spreadsheets, controls, and departmental reports; * Support provider communication and service delivery; * Participate in internal and external meetings, as required; * Contribute to departmental organization, continuity, and routine execution.
