




MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Monitor contract progress within the system, ensuring reduced contract registration time and supporting interface with CSC to resolve issues; * Support and control the flow of contractual documents to the legal department (Agreements, Terms, Notifications) through systems; * Assist in fulfilling requests from the Commercial department; * Support departmental processes with CSC through GPAs; * Contribute to compliance with internal Shopping rules by preparing commercial notifications for tenants; * Perform occupancy control of Stores/Mall; * Ensure updating of commercial information in the contract database, identifying potential violations; * Maintain updated databases of commercial contacts; * Assist in internal processes (Physical/Digital filing, Status Inconsistencies, Vacant Store Control); * Provide internal reports (Openings, Closures, New Contracts...); * Conduct store exit inspections; * Monitor new operations onboarding (Store/Mall/Media). REQUIREMENTS: * Ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
