The apprenticeship program is an opportunity for young people to prepare for a professional future by acquiring knowledge and learning how to behave in an organizational environment. The goal is to effectively train the apprentice within the sector, develop them in alignment with Jamef's culture and values, and thereby retain a greater number of professionals upon completion of the program. The apprentice's role goes beyond fulfilling mandatory tasks. Our apprenticeship program focuses on developing your creativity, empowering you to confidently suggest ideas when necessary. If you share this vision, why not join this team? **Responsibilities and duties:** * Assist with departmental routine tasks; * Customer and colleague service, both in-person and via telephone; * Monitoring reports; * Updating spreadsheets and entering report data; * Organizing files; * Receiving and dispatching documents.
