Job Summary: Árbore Engenharia is seeking a Young Apprentice to support administrative processes and customer service activities within the Technical Assistance department. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Young Apprentice**, whose role will be to support administrative processes and customer service activities within the Technical Assistance department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Technical Service Request Management** * Support the registration of service requests in the CV system and spreadsheets, including customer data, project information, protocol numbers, and service status. * Update spreadsheets according to the status of each request: valid, invalid, no-show, customer unavailable, or requiring follow-up. * Close service requests in the system based on service orders issued by the technical team. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records to prevent expired deadlines or unjustifiably pending requests. **Scheduling and Calendar Management** * Contact customers via BotMaker, MicroSIP, email, or phone to confirm inspections. * Update scheduling control spreadsheets with dates, names, and assigned teams. * Send organized daily schedules to technicians and monitor the progress of site visits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing High School education * Proficiency in Excel * Familiarity with Google Apps **Additional Information** **Benefits that enhance your everyday life!** **Meal or Food Allowance – R$31.80 per day** You choose: food or meal allowance, with flexibility to balance your needs with convenience and well-being. **Daily Breakfast** Start your day energized!
