Job Summary: The UX/UI Designer conducts research, enhances the user experience, develops prototypes, and collaborates with teams to create creative and effective solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We work alongside companies that need to transform large volumes of data into clearer, faster, and more efficient decisions. **UX/UI Designer** **What you’ll do here:** * Conduct user research and analyses to help map behaviors and needs. * Create and enhance the user experience based on the client's strategy. * Independently develop medium- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, including adaptation to Adobe’s design system. * Document and present deliverables clearly and systematically. * Collaborate with clients, media teams, and technology teams in conducting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and propose improvements. * Participate in briefing meetings to ensure project alignment with client needs. * Adopt a continuous improvement mindset, proposing creative and distinctive solutions. **What we expect from you:** **Essential:** * Experience with web and mobile projects. * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Practical experience in UX: flows, journeys, interactions, and feature definition. * Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems, especially with adaptation to Adobe’s design system. * Prior knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand technical limitations and opportunities across digital platforms. * Ease of working with a CMS (Content Management System) — prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a significant advantage; however, experience with other CMS platforms is also valued. * Adaptability to new systems and design tools. **Desirable:** * Direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Portfolio including projects implemented on AEM or another major CMS. * Ability to document and systematize components with reusability and scalability in mind, within integrated platforms and design systems. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * StarBem — Psychotherapy and Nutritionist Services * Workplace Gymnastics * Wellhub (Gympass) * Childcare Assistance * Creditas * Partnerships with Educational Institutions * PET Plan * SESC Partnership * Certification Bonus * Referral Bonus * Equipment provided by MATH **Our Values:** \#InnovaMathers \#CollabMathers \#TrueMathers \#HumanMather
