Requirements: The Support & Sustenance team is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and financial-market product development company, where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This position will be responsible for:** * Analyzing incidents and implementing workarounds; * Identifying root causes of problems and implementing root-cause solutions; * Understanding client requests; * Validating deliveries with clients to ensure requirement compliance; * Implementing deliveries within the established SLA; **To \#match, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * C\# development experience; * PL\-SQL experience, preferably with Oracle databases; * Strong communication skills for client interaction; * .NET Framework experience; * Experience with ASP.Net, VB.Net, C\# WebServices, HTML, SQL Server, and MVC; * Version control using TFS (Team Foundation Server) and GIT; * Knowledge of development frameworks and IDEs; Benefits **So, do you identify with what you’ve read so far?
