Do you want to be part of this journey and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Technical Leader in AI and/or Gen AI, you will:** We are seeking a professional to lead digital transformation initiatives, contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), aligned with business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference in AI and/or GenAI for one or more multidisciplinary squads, supporting critical technical decisions and elevating delivery standards. * Technically coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring architectural alignment, solution integration, and adherence to Radix’s technical standards. * Define, disseminate, and evolve best practices, standards, and guidelines in data engineering, AI, and GenAI. * Actively mentor engineers and data scientists, fostering autonomy and technical excellence across teams. * Ensure technical quality throughout the entire solution lifecycle — from design to operations — with emphasis on maintainability, performance, scalability, and reliability. * Anticipate technical debt, risks, and bottlenecks; unblock impediments and ensure sustainable deliveries. * Guide the development of data pipelines and cloud-based solutions, with hands\-on involvement when necessary. * Support the production deployment of AI and GenAI (batch and streaming), ensuring engineering best practices, governance, and model operations. * Contribute to institutionalizing technical knowledge by collaborating across technical horizontal areas and promoting reuse and scale within Radix. * Collaborate with global teams to ensure deliveries aligned with business objectives. **Prerequisites:** * Proven experience in technical leadership of engineering, data, or AI teams, acting as a technical reference and decision point. * Strong experience in data analysis. * Experience in software and/or data engineering, with proficiency in Python and consistent application of best practices (architecture, testing, CI/CD, clean code). * Practical experience building and operating AI and/or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments — from development through production. * Experience working in cloud-based data environments, with understanding of scalable architectures and system integration (Azure, AWS, or similar). * Ability to coordinate multiple technical initiatives, ensuring quality, standardization, and solution integration. * Experience in technical mentoring, people development, and dissemination of best practices. * Knowledge of agile development methodologies. * Fluent English for participation in projects and collaboration with global teams. **Desirable:** * Experience with industrial or corporate data platforms such as Cognite, Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalents. * Exposure to industrial data, Industry 4\.0, or OT/IT integration. * Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, or operationalizing AI/GenAI solutions in production. * Knowledge of modern data architectures, batch and streaming pipelines, and integration via APIs and microservices. * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader in agile teams. * Cloud, data, or AI certifications (Azure, AWS, Databricks, etc.). **Benefits:** * Nationwide Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, private room) * Nationwide Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance * Remote Work Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days) * Childcare Assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support via Wellz * Benefits Club with discounts at various partner organizations * Education and language course partnerships * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well\-Being Program * Consulting physician for Radix team members * Incentive Plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
