**Job Description:**
* Lead Internet of Things (IoT) projects, ensuring technical execution and achievement of business objectives.
* Act as the interface between business, architecture, and development teams, translating functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.
* Supervise the operation and evolution of microservices, ensuring performance, resilience, and end-to-end traceability.
* Coordinate communication among event-driven components and integrations with corporate systems and external partners via REST APIs.
* Specify and lead large-scale data integration and migration projects, supporting clients across various sectors such as automotive, transportation, and technology.
* Develop performance reports and analyses to ensure security and consistency in data processes.
* Support the development team in technical decisions related to Spring Boot/Cloud, Java, Python, MongoDB, RDS, ElastiCache, and OpenSearch.
* Ensure observability and automation of pipelines using monitoring tools and CI/CD practices.
* Participate in defining the technical roadmap, migration strategies, and scalability in cloud environments.
* Conduct code reviews, support troubleshooting, and guide the technical team.
* Produce technical documentation and disseminate knowledge across technical and product teams.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with microservices architecture (Java Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, messaging, API Gateway).
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or equivalents).
* Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch).
* Experience with Python/SQL for data analysis and IoT integration automation.
* Familiarity with asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture.
* Experience integrating legacy systems and RESTful APIs in complex corporate environments.
* Prior experience in IoT, Telecom, or M2M integrations is a plus.
* Knowledge of CDRs (voice, SMS, data), ASN.1/XML, tariffing rules, and telecommunications engineering elements is desirable.
* Proficiency in CGDC, Shell, and Python.
* Technical leadership capability, management of multidisciplinary teams, and communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
