Description: * Advanced expertise in Azure, including Data Factory, Data Lake, data processing architecture, and related services. * Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in ETL, automation, and large-scale data manipulation. * Experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization. * Solid understanding of data architecture to influence strategic technical decisions. * Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, supporting critical domain decisions. * Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow. * Hands-on experience with engineering best practices: version control, CI/CD, testing, observability, governance, and security. * Strong mentoring, technical communication, and results-oriented leadership capabilities. * Serve as the technical leader of the data engineering team, ensuring alignment, consistency, and excellence in deliverables. * Be responsible for the architecture, evolution, and modernization of the Azure data platform. * Define, document, and promote technical standards, best practices, governance, and data engineering guidelines. * Write and review critical code, while also acting as a mentor to data engineers. * Actively participate in defining the data strategy in partnership with product, technology, and business leadership. * Support decisions regarding data modeling, partitioning, performance, storage, and optimizations. * Assist the team in resolving complex problems, removing technical blockers, and fostering continuous learning. * Lead initiatives on Data Quality, observability, metadata, data catalog, and data lineage. * Ensure that the entire architecture adheres to security, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness principles. * Build connections and act as a bridge between technical and business areas, accelerating the data-driven journey. * Guide the team in building a robust, secure, efficient, and governed data foundation, supporting the company’s data-driven transformation. 2512130202201917608
