Let’s revolutionize education together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the development team technically, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects. * Collaborate with other departments to define requirements and technical solutions. * Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth. * Ensure application of sound development practices, such as SOLID, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from conception through deployment. * Implement and maintain scalable and secure architectures. * Manage communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. * Work with PM, UX, and QA to ensure technical quality and alignment with business requirements. **Work Model for This Position:** * CLT employment; Hybrid (for candidates based in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or Remote (for all other locations). * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Node: Advanced proficiency with frameworks such as NestJS, Nuxt, and Vue. * Artificial Intelligence: Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts, advanced prompt engineering, and implementation of intelligent agent workflows. * Object-Oriented Programming: Solid understanding and advanced application in system design and architecture. * Design Patterns: Experience applying design patterns in large-scale systems. * Unit Testing: Proficiency in TDD/BDD. * Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices. * Version Control: Advanced usage of Git and Gitflow. * Cloud Architecture: Experience with Azure, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation. * Databases: Advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, SQL Server). * Messaging Protocols: Proficiency in ServiceBus or Kafka. * Communication Protocols: Advanced knowledge of REST. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical office locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language learning, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working hybrid receive 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working hybrid receive 100% remote work from the child’s birth until 6 months of age Data protection changes everything During our candidate selection process for open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
