We are firmly committed to protecting your data—privacy and security are top priorities for us! **About the role** **Position:** Tech Lead (Python) **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 12/16/25 **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop Python and Angular projects, covering requirements gathering, analysis, modeling, design, coding, and automated/manual testing. * Perform support activities, handling incidents and issues in production environments. * Serve as technical leader for development and functional analyst teams, focusing on analysis, design, solution architecture, development, and test automation. * Manage risks and impediments inherent to the development process, ensuring alignment with business expectations and corporate technology standards. * Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to secure necessary resources for software development projects. * Promote Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices through ALM and DevSecOps processes. * Influence and contribute to architectural solutions and adoption of software development best practices across teams. * Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to help define product strategies and user journeys. * Act as an agile transformation agent, proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. * Manage development partners/consultancies. * Monitor and control performance indicators. **Team responsibilities** This team is responsible for developing software projects, maintaining and innovating distributed systems—with a focus on sustainability (ESG) sector products.
