You will act in both a consultative and technical capacity throughout the system development lifecycle, serving as the bridge between business needs and technological delivery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions, ensuring scalability and technical quality across the company’s software ecosystem. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand user and customer needs by conducting interviews and meetings to identify and document functional and technical requirements for systems to be developed or enhanced; * Model business processes and data flows using tools such as Bizagi and Xmind**;** * Ensure alignment of solutions with the MID (Doremus Implementation Model) to guarantee methodological compliance; * Develop, implement, and maintain systems and integrations (APIs, Web Services), focusing on performance and security; * Code improvements and new functionalities using programming languages, frameworks, and databases standardized by the organization; * Modernize legacy systems and implement new architectures to optimize operations; * Design and deliver training sessions for key users to promote autonomy and correct tool usage; * Actively research emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Solid experience in TOTVS system development and process analysis; Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks. **Additional Information** **Why Join the Doremus Team?** We believe that caring for our team is what enables us to go further.
